| What is Hernia |
| |
|
| Hernia is a protrusion of tissue through an abnormal opening in the abdominal wall. It's a bulge that one can feel and see. Normally, hernias form in and around the naval groin, upper leg and old surgical scars. Some hernias form from birth, while others form from lifting and straining injuries in both young and old persons. |
